Sunday August 10 a Shawl
Bay morning starts with a pancake breakfast (complimentary with moorage) under
the blue roof then Pen and I go out to pull the prawn traps. Less prawns as the
salmon heads are been devoured by all the little critters that live in the dark
briny depth at 350 ft. On the return trip we are surrounded by a pod of Pacific
White Sided Dolphins and turn off the outboard and we watch as we are swarmed
by these wonderful creatures, they they’re gone off on in hot pursuit of
further experiences.
Its pot luck on the
dock for dinner and everyone has their fill. Then it's wonderful carrot Cake to celebrate Rob Brown's 30th birthday!
